Letting go of pain and tension can help you learn to relax and release discomfort which can keep you from healing. Note: This refers to chronic pain that’s often in our bodies for years, rather than acute pain that’s telling you to get proper care. Dealing appropriately with both kinds of pain can lead to deeper healing.
