It’s for musicians and music lovers alike. There is a focus on unsigned bands and small labels. Basically it’s anti-corporate. Bands can promote themselves and keep in touch with their fans and people can come and talk about bands they’ve seen or heard and let others know about bands/musicians that aren’t well known. Other stuff, too, but…well, you’ll get the idea if you read the blog posts on the main page.
Hey, I’m starting a sister site for my Ning Network. I’d like to add a music player to one of the pages with music from some of the artists here on CCmixter. If anyone is interested, let me know.
