Building the intro was easy because Haskel and Martijn provided the soulful bones and boboshin’s funky guitar has that retro Memphis thing going on.
Building the bridge started with examining Apoxode “Lose Control” lead synth sample through Melodyne 5 polyphonic analysis. This revealed F#sus4 to Esus4 movement that could be cut and pasted into a song in the key of B. Bass and some notes from a different synth were added. Adding flute, scratching and congas completed the bridge.
