This Ever-Moving Infinite Beautiful Chaotic Dysfunctional Dream
Subliminal
Creativity and motivation seem to have gone down the drain lately, but I wanted to try and contribute something to the Freedom To Share project, because sometimes to roll over and play dead just isn’t an option.
Creative Commons in general and ccmixter in particular have played a major part in my music-making these last three years and musically they were probably my best years (ofcourse my best is still not much compared to others, but we are grateful for small mercies, aren’t we?).
This remix isn’t quite ‘there’, but it will most probably not get any better. So even though some people consider it to be bad practice to upload something you are not entirely satisfied with, I decided to upload it anyway.
Enough rambling…the giants whose shoulders were accidentally stepped on were:
Snowflake: spoken word
SackJo22: vocals
Anchor Méjans: lyrics
Loveshadow: A&R (im)person(ation)
Halleck: phone cradle
The drums are prefab midi drum grooves for Toontrack’s ezdrummer drum sampler, but I did arrange them myself.
The guitar riffs are from Steinberg’s Virtual Guitarist 2, but I did write the chords myself.
(I don’t want you to think that I am talented, but I also don’t want you to think that I am a complete slacker…;-) )
