Adagio (Work In Progress) + stems

I’ve tried to leave the main guitar solo as it is whilst creating a house backbeat that fits the complex chord progressions. This is work in progress of a pet project to combine different aspects of orchestral and classical music with techno and house. It’s not an easy one for a relatively basic musician like me to jam with easily, which has been fun. This version takes the drums down a in the mix going more into the pop arena. More files included to sample :)
I’ve made use of midi muting again having found suitable software (AMG) , which can give some really interesting effects if used as a creative tool. Using rhythmical patterns like a bassist, keyboardist or guitarist would can achieve a really cool sound.
Artistically, I quite like the add/subtract nature of building music, adding little bits and taking others out, so gating can act like a sculpture’s chisel. Worth trying this for some dance-friendly effects, especially when the gated sound is reverbed or echoed.
