Spent the last few days listening to Bob Dylan- my neighbour and close friend sadly has cancer so he’s been “cramming” as many of his favourite songs by his favourite singer in. He’s not most keen on disco, but thought the inspiration of the master that is Bob would be good for an artist and producer such as myself. Dylan is also Twiggy’s (the other 3rd of Stellar Art Wars) favourite artist along with Elvis :)
This is a catchy disco pop song, a sort of thing that’s somewhere between Kylie Minogue and Spice Girls. Sassy has a very unique voice and it suits this style rather well. The track makes use of the Yamaha DX7 for bass and an Linn LM-1 for drums, which gives some authenticity to the 80s vibe. Piano is the must have Prova free VSTi plugin.
