Some of my friends have been asking me to put together a collection of music suitable for meditation. It seems Dig the Soundtrack for instrumental music has finally motivated me to start.

Jeris’s 100 Hz Gamma Wave is a drone throughout, to elevate the consciousness and relax the body.

Gurdonark’s Eyes Open was magically the same key as my singing bowl and string pad part I’d already recorded. I cut/treated it and spread his calming melody in the gaps between the singing bowl.

Kara’s beautiful rain storm was exactly what I was looking for for the last section.

Thank you all for pushing my creative expression beyond my comfort zone.
