This came all in a flood, and so I wrote it down and recorded it.

I don’t know that I like how repetitive it is: I think it needs instruments to make sense (musically) and sound nice. Sadly, I don’t have/play instruments, except for my uke that I’m just learning, and this isn’t really a uke sort of song, I don’t think.

Note: I know that the vocals are a bit awkward and clattery. Part of that is just me not being a very good singer, but part of it is the song. I don’t know, it just always seemed a sort ot cracked, half-shod sort of tune, meant to be played on a rickety old piano or an old guitar missing strings.
