The recent mix with this GMin piece from 3AM and the mix with Barbarella’s Histoire got me going on trying to piece together a different vocal. I’m not sure how well it really worked out. I had to loop one early section, break up the vocal timing here and there, but tried to make somewhere around 75 bpm fit on about 43 bpm. I brought in some birds from freesound and played some arco and pizz bass as well as some chorused and ring modded melodica.

I replaced the original file after knocking off some volume settings to back off the digital distortion. I kinda feel stupid not having taken a closer look at it. I find that with every remix or song I write, I am learning worlds about producing and the software I use.
