My Saturday Night edit of Rebecca’s Broken Accapella.

I had to put a lot of work into calming this track, its big and loud with lots going on, so trying to keep it from being both distorted and too overcrowded whilst maintaining a good enough overall mix volume has been quite a task.

Also Rebecca’s vocal has lots of range volume wise, so keeping that tamed (a standard level) whilst the backing blasts away was also challenging. The limiter I have is naff.

Any recommends on a good VST limiter would be appreciated.

I’ve left the vocals intact so I’m aware there is a couple phrase timing issues, but they are few and far between (I think!).
