Resolution and D-generation (ft. Lisa de Benedictis and annabloom)
robwalkerpoet
This is a poem of mine cut up and inter-spliced with Lisa’s beautiful Achilles to sound like a kind of disturbing conversation. Adding annabloom’s work makes it even more so.
resolution/ D- generation.
i am an imperfect copy of myself.
xeroxed cells replicating fuzzily at the edges.
photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy,
a kind of new year’s bad resolution.
i wouldn’t say i have one foot in the grave
yet sometimes worms nibble my toes
some mornings i awake and my joints are stiff
but my cock isn’t.
