This is just some fooling around with the shakuhachi put through a series of filters. I’m not sure where to take it yet - maybe you have some ideas… The background rumble is trucks going down Shinzaike Honmachi outside my apartment here in Himeji. (I had to push the volume up pretty high to catch all the overtones - my ‘studio’ was the kitchen table - & in the end I gave up trying to eliminate it & just included trucks in the general mix!)
