Having heard Admiral Bob’s Iustus Es, I was reminded of a similar piece I had in my Gregorian chants library from years ago.
That sparked an idea!
With a little pitch matching and a few tempo tweaks, I managed to blend the two versions together.
Experimenting with the arrangement, adding a deep drone bass, male vocal drones, strings, synth parts, and drums.
It was a real pleasure bringing these elements together and seeing how the two versions could complement each other.
I certainly had a lot of fun with this one!
