I built everything around Lisa’s original vocal melody, but I wanted to use only samples - so I ended up doing alot of pitching, stretching, chopping, twisting, mangling, etc. but eventually I got the melodies to work together pretty well… and I also ended up adding a couple elements of percussion of my own design
