This is one of those songs that once finishing, I’m not even sure I like. Thought about not even releasing it. But the songs take hold of themselves sometimes, they evolve, and who am I to deny the identity they shape themselves into? If nothing more, at least another footprint of my transient existence. My computer even crashed on me when I had this track near complete and of course I hadn’t saved it yet. Luckily my DAW autosaved it at one point, but it was a ways back. I wasn’t able to recreate it like I did originally, but I still let it live again, just in another form.
