I picked Spinningmerkaba! This felt like serendipity in that we’ve been working quite a lot together as ccM admins behind-the-scenes… and this gave me the chance to explore his catalog and get immersed in our initial connection… music!

I was immediately drawn to Spin’s “Space Bubble Acoustic” sample and knew it would be the foundation. I definitely had to include one of his trumpet samples (we are both brass enthusiasts)… so I pitch shifted, doubled, and mutated his “Muted Trumpet”… all this transmutation led to more shifts and metamorphosis… which, of course, was all sorts of creative fun.

And so… I hope you dig, Jason. It is an absolute joy working with you as an admin and friend.
