“Cynhops” began as a solo-viola improvisation I played while walking around in the swamps of northern Florida, and developed further with inspiration from a larger project I’m working on with a choreographer. It’s sort of an attempt at something of a Hungarian fiddle meeting hip-hop, but of course it’s rarely in 4/4… Let’s hope it stays that way.. Good luck! :)
