Wanted to do something a little more groovy this week.

I spent a lot of time on trying to make those different parts sound interlocked with one another. Could still be a bit tighter, but hey, two hours. Either way, I had a very clear vision of how this was going to all fit together, and I think that helped get this one done in time.

That main riff ends on a half-bar, and part of the fun of this song is trying to make those little details sound natural, so it doesn’t end up sounding like the music skipped.
