Inanna, track 1/10. See https://cwbf.bandcamp.com/album/inanna for the original mix.
This is kind of an interesting upload that I held off on a while because it was a pain to upload. I wrote and recorded a microtonal jazz album with the collaboration of a bunch of other people. Because it’s microtonal, the melodic stuff might be hard to use, but I’d love to hear anything you guys come up with (retuning to 12-tone is also very feasible). The drums sound great and would work with anything.
I’m releasing all of the “live recordings” without reverb. I am not including the trumpet, harp, or piano lines, just because those are synth lines. If you’d like any of them, though, let me know and I’d be happy to upload them. I can also send individual drum tracks, and I can also send tracks in higher sample rates.
As for license: I selected “Attribution Noncommercial,” but to be honest I don’t really like that license. I’d prefer, therefore, that you use these tracks under the 4.0 Attribution-Sharealike license http://creativecommons.org/... If you’d like to release a remix under a more permissive license, let me know and I’ll probably say yes.
For attribution:
Songwriting and production: Colin WB Foley (credit me if you use any of the tracks)
Drums: Emma Calle
Bass: Charles Lim
Female vocals: Souheyla Benfrid
Male vocals: Kai Kemmerling
Trombone: Joshua Yee
