Given the 10 year anniversary of CCmixter, when I found a printed out copy of a poem I had written about 10 years ago (around 2003 while living in Fort Greene, Brooklyn) about interconnected people and media, I figured I should try to incorporate it.

greyguy’s “Roma Pt. 2” provided a perfect baseline to the piece, which jumps back and forth from critiquing the big bad media to critiquing ourselves and our binary way of dealing with the challenges and paving the way forward for life in the post 9/11 early internet world.
