Browsing the pells earlier tonight and this was the first one I listened to. From the moment I heard the opening hook I knew I found great to work with. I slowed the tempo down from 140 bpm to 116 bpm because it seemed to ‘sit down and chill with me’ around that tempo. I found this pell to be very loose, but very solid and I couldn’t leave my workstation until this was done. I love it when I actually have way more fun doing something then what I think I’m supposed to.
The guitar samples from Klaus_Neumaier really gave it the feel I was looking for and the brass section from The Paloseco Brazz Orchestra was the icing on the cake, giving the track that extra character and fullness. Loved working with these parts!!!
