Just needed a Monday morning chill pill to set the tone for the week. Thanks to Sackjo22 for the inspiring vocals and to Neurowaxx for that wicked jazz loop. BTW, I couldn’t get a bass line to fit properly to save my life, so I left off the one I did. Any bassists out there feeling inspired? Please lace this track!!!


EDIT: I forgot that when I first sampled Exsoskeleton that it already had nice bass frequencies. At the time I was more interested in the upper ranges of the frequency spectrum, so I filtered the sample. Once I remembered that, I replaced the sample with the unfiltered version and to me this makes a much more fuller sounding mix. I still left the original upload as an alternate mix in case someone wants to take a different bass approach. Peace!!
