another one of those mixes - started playing with 2 wagner themes, more an exercise in instrumental arrangements and editing midi files (stretch, reverse, transpose); then i came across rob walker’s poem, that particular one, which, i thought, would fit very well.
the themes in all there glory, appear in the immolation scene, the grand finale of the ring cycle, when the one ring is returned and the wrongs are righted (well, sort of).
