So the world is a very different place since my last upload. Being isolated is not always being alone.

Find and open that inner door to that resource of life and creative energy as there is only ever this moment.

I have seen some ugly manifestions of the human condition recently.People continue to spead pain quicker than this Virus.Karma will find those with unpure hearts in the end.

So reach out more than ever whilst being in the confines of your personal space to people and savour the beauty and energy of nature to offset the possible result of it’s deadliest effects.

I hope mine and all our children and loved ones remain safe as this planet will be a different place for sure when the threat has gone.

Move the furniture,dance,paint whatever,live,love and be well.
