head and hands up as knees down taken is this form to show forth respect to the fact of our giver of life allowance to breathe and to share life with others so many reasons are there to give thanks and just as true and important we must seek guidance in strength in love and in justice as the world lives in an injustice status of means on many accords also so we may not all always choose the correct paths and expressions of heart and mind yet lest we need be mindful that the soul needs to traverse peace so this calls all the more reason for head and hands up and knees down…… let’s pray
